I am a Research Fellow in Public Health and Sports Sciences department at The University of Exeter and have worked on a range of projects investigating the impact of nutrition on exercise performance and health. I am a member of BASES public advisory and external affairs committee member. I have experience in PPIE (Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement) to incorporate lived experiences into studies.
